Ingredients & Directions
1 drop turmeric essential oil
1 drop clove essential oil
1 drop cinnamon essential oil
1 tbls. local honey
2 cups hot spring water
1 tbls. apple cider vinegar
juice from 1 lemon.
Combine essential oils, honey and hot water. Shake well.
Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Makes 2 servings. Safe to store in tightly sealed container for up to 4 hours. No need to refrigerate.
