Lesson 9: Chakra affirmations

Affirmations helps us to bring change into our internal space, helping us to align our body, mind and spirit to what serves us.

Below are affirmations for each of the seven main chakras. Allow students some time to write their during a 5-minute meditation just for them to reflect and accept the chosen affirmation as their own. These affirmations and associated questions are included in your Facilitator’s Handbook. They are also available in the Course Downloads & Materials section as student handouts. In the interest of time, another option in the 7-week course is to give your students these handouts to take home and bring back the following week for a short discussion.

Put on some quiet Meditation music during the exercise. Nothing too loud or they will be distracted.

If possible, allow time for discussion.

root chakra affirmations

I am connected with the energy of Mother Earth. My body, mind and spirit are founded, centred and purified.
