SPELL FOR MAKING LASTING CHANGE

Are you feeling a need to make a change in your life? Is it time to turn over a new leaf? This ritual will help you jump start and facilitate the new energy you need to start fresh. This ritual is for those who use sigils in your manifesting work.

ITEMS NEEDED

• Altar

• Green candle

• Nail

• Bay leaf

• Pen (for writing on bay leaf)

• 4 pieces of clear quartz crystal

• Cauldron or fire safe ash pot

• A chosen sigil for transformation (optional)

WHAT TO DO

• Use the nail to carve a sigil into the candle or use a Sharpie to write one word to describe the change you wish to come about.

• Draw the sigil on the bay leaf or write your desired change and place the leaf face down on your altar.

• Place the candle right behind the leaf.

• Place a piece of clear quartz on each corner of the altar.

• Using your dominant hand, grab the bay leaf and turn it over and over toward yourself seven times while saying:

This new leaf I turn and turn. My new life begins right now.

• Burn the leaf in the cauldron. Dispose of the ash however you like.

• Allow the candle to burn all the way down.

• As you develop new habits to support your change, you will undoubtedly be met with challenges. When this happens, close your eyes and recall the feeling of turning the leaf. This will serve as a mental charm.
