QUICK STRESS RELIEVING RITUAL
Feeling stressed? Anxious? Tense? Try this calming ritual.
ITEMS NEEDED
Blue candle
Lavender essential oil
WHAT TO DO
On a blue candle, etch the word "calm."
If you are a Reiki Practitioner, etch Hon She Ze Sho Nen on the candle.
Anoint the candle with lavender essential oil.
Light the candle and sit quietly, gazing into the flame. Do this for 10 minutes. Breathe deeply and slowly. Focus on the scent of the lavender oil.
After 10 minutes, snuff out the candle.
Repeat this exercise every day until you feel your stress is under control.
