BLESS YOUR FRONT PORCH
Your front doorstep and threshold are entry points for more than house guests. Each time you open the front door to check the mail, leave the house, or welcome a visitor, your home may is exposed to unwanted energies and entities looking for a new abode. Earlier this week, our beloved dog transitioned to a higher energy form. As we grieve the loss of a cherished family member, we also release any shadow energy that may have slipped through the cracks as he moved on into a higher dimension.
To ensure your home remains light and protected, perform this simple ritual to protect and cleanse our doorstep and bless the threshold of our home.
ITEMS NEEDED
1 c. water
1 tbls. vinegar
1 tbls. salt (sea salt, black salt, epsom salt or iodized salt will suffice)
3 whole cloves or 15 drops pure clove essential oil
Blessed holy water or Florida water
Bowl or bucket
Clean washing rag
a bell, tingsha, or chime
Rubber gloves
WHAT TO DO
Mix the water, vinegar, salt, and cloves or clove oil in a bowl or bucket, and leave to brew in direct sunlight for at least an hour.
Wearing rubber gloves, use the clean washing rag to sash the doorstep and threshold.
While washing, visualize negative and dark energy vanishing from your doorstep and threshold. Imagine loving and happy energy filling your porch area.
As you wash the area, say these words:
Negative Energy You may not stay. I release you, Be on your way. From here on out I banish Thee. These words are my shield, so let them be.
Using your chosen noisemaker, move clockwise around the front stoop and ring in each corner to release any stuck energy. If there is no porch area, ring bell at each corner of the front door from the outside.
Sprinkle the area with holy water or Florida water.
Remove and discard the gloves and pour unused washing water down a drain, giving thanks for the work that has been done toward the highest good of all.
