COMMUNICATION JAR SPELL

This spell is for when you would like to create clearer, more positive, less restrictive, and/or honest communication with someone.

Start by writing the name of the person you want to communicate with on two separate pieces of paper.
Fill a clean, clear jar with a handful of dried or fresh sage leaves and salt.
Place the two pieces of paper inside the jar.
Leave the lid off and the jar open.
Gently, swirl contents around in jar until both pieces of paper are covered. While swirling, visualize yourself having an honest and productive conversation with the person.
Leave the jar open in the area you are likely to engage the person, or remove the slips of paper, fold them together, and keep them tucked inside your pocket during your conversations.
