Reiki can strengthen and enhance craft work. Try this ritual to help you stay focused and present.

Find a safe and quiet space to ground yourself to the earth. Imagine there are tree roots growing from the bottoms of your feet and tailbone. They are reaching miles into the earth and connecting with the core of the planet.
Say to yourself:

I am grounded and present in my body.

At this moment, you should instantly feel more clearheaded and focused.
Activate your Reiki.
Lightly place one hand over the throat chakra, and the other hand over your heart. Hold this position for about 10 minutes.
Reiki each of your hands.
Set an intention that your spell work will be infused with the highest energy, causing harm to none.
Now you're ready to begin your spell work.
