WANING MOON ANTI-ANXIETY SPELL
ITEMS NEEDED
1 vanilla bean pod
Sandalwood incense
Amber resin
Charcoal disk
Fireproof dish
1 black or gray candle (for protection)
WHAT TO DO
Set aside a small piece of the vanilla bean
Grind together 1 tsp. each of sandalwood, amber, and the remainder of the vanilla bean. You can do this with a mortar and pestle or using the backside of a spoon.
Burn the mixture on a piece of charcoal.
Light the black or gray candle
Rub the set-aside piece of vanilla bean in your palm until the gentle friction releases the aroma.
Focus on the flame and rub more of the vanilla essence on your temples.
Place your hand over your heart.
Continue to focus on the flame of the burning candle.
Visualize clearing all anxiety from your mind.
Think about the goodness in your life and the wonderful future ahead.
Say:
“La lune, goddess of the moon,
As you may grow, so do I.
Here, tonight, under your darkest light,
I embrace all within me that is good and right,
And bid goodbye to all the rest.
And so it is."
Blow out the candle and throw it into a fireplace or place it in your cast iron cauldron to burn away. It must be completely destroyed, as it now contains the energy of your anxiety and fear.
